1. Place a new order, but for first and last name put “MISSING ORDER”
2. Fill out the rest of your information like usual.
3. Under Order notes (optional), please make a quick description of your order, order number (if you have it), and any other information you want to relay to us. Also please confirm your shipping info here.
4. After reviewing, Bongochems will ship out your missing order within 48 hours. Thank you!
